Our cushions are in stock and are usually delivered within 2 to 14 days, depending on the warehouse location. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can keep track of your package.
The shipping costs depend on the quantity, size, and weight of the cushions. The easiest way is to add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. There, the exact shipping price for your order will be calculated and displayed. More information can be found on our Shipping Page.
Most easily you pay at Belvito directly by credit card or via Paypal – we receive in that case immediately a payment receipt and make your order shipping-ready.
Alternatively you can pay via the payment partner Klarna (via instant bank transfer) or with bank transfer. In that case we wait with the shipping of your order until we register the payment receipt on our account.
Yes, all listed prices already include VAT. So, when you place an order, there are no hidden fees or additional taxes that might be added later. The price you see is the final price you pay. This makes it easier and more transparent for you when shopping.
With us, you have the possibility to order as a guest without creating an account. This makes the ordering process faster and easier for you. However, if you would like to shop with us more often, an account could be advantageous to keep track of your orders and to speed up the ordering process in the future.
When choosing the fabric for your cushion, you should consider the following points:
- Color or Pattern: Choose a color or pattern that suits your style and surroundings.
- Lightfastness: Pay attention to how resistant the fabric is to fading from sunlight, especially if the cushion will be used outdoors.
- Water Repellency: Consider whether the fabric should be water-repellent. Water-repellent fabrics offer additional protection but are not completely waterproof.
Look carefully at the product descriptions to find the fabric that best suits your needs.
No, all cushions can be used outdoors, even if they are not water-repellent. If they get wet, simply place them in a location where they can dry well.
All our outdoor cushions are suitable for outdoor use. However, in frost and bad weather, we recommend storing the cushions indoors or in a safe outdoor location.
Some of our cushions are water-repellent. Whether a cushion is water-repellent can be found in the product description. Please note that "water-repellent" does not mean that the cushion is completely waterproof – water can penetrate through the zipper or seams. It is best to protect the cushions from water to keep them in good condition for a long time.
Because the cushions are water-repellent and not waterproof, it is recommended to store the cushions in a dry and dust-free place during the winter.
Ensure that the cushions are dry inside and out and open the zippers so that the cushion can breathe and mold cannot form.
It is best to remove stains immediately with a cloth or a soft brush, possibly with some lukewarm water and a mild soap.
If the stain persists, use one of the recommended cleaning agents, e.g., the OA Sofa-Care upholstery cleaner.
With the purchase of the cushion, you received special care and washing instructions tailored to your cushion type. Please use these as a guide to choose the best method for cleaning your cushions.
Not all cushions can be machine washed, as the cover cannot be removed from some cushions. This includes, for example, cushions with buttons.
To extend the lifespan of your cushions, you should observe these measures:
- Shake them occasionally to allow more air into the cushion.
- If the cushions get wet, dry them thoroughly to prevent mold.
- Do not expose your cushions to direct sunlight, as this can damage and discolor the fabric.
- Open the covers occasionally to air the cushion.
- If the cushion cover is damaged, do not use it further and order a replacement cover to protect the filling.
- Even though pillow fights are fun, we recommend not using our cushions for this purpose.
- If the cushions become dirty or stained, clean them as quickly as possible to prevent permanent discoloration.
Every package we ship has a tracking number, through which you can track the progress of the delivery. If the delivery time exceeds 7 days, please contact us via our Contact page. We will try to clarify the delivery delay as quickly as possible.
If your package is damaged or torn upon delivery, please do not accept it. Inform the delivery person that you refuse acceptance. The package will be automatically returned to us.
As soon as it arrives with us, we will check the contents. If everything is in order, we will repack your order and send it to you again.
We strive to process refunds within three days of receiving a returned item. Please note, however, that your bank may require several days to credit the payment back to your account. Therefore, we ask that you wait up to ten business days after returning the item before contacting us about your refund. We will inform you by email as soon as your refund has been processed.
